Your brand is more than just a logo. It's the way your organization lives in the world and connect with your customers. From Fortune 500 to first-time entrepreneurs, I've worked with clients of all sizes to help them articulate their organization's mission, vision and core values. Then, together, we seek ways to activate the brand in their customer's space.

Kari Ginsburg is a strong female business coach with a passion for inspiring others to become their best selves. As a coach, she brings the full range of her personality to her clients and works diligently to help them achieve their career goals. When she wanted to establish her coaching business, however, she knew she needed to craft the right messaging to attract new forward-thinking clients. She came to me to develop a brand for her coaching business that reflected her resilience, intelligence and humor.
I led Kari through a month-long discovery and analysis process that included landscape research, client interviews, persona development, vision building, naming, and overall brand guidelines. Since we worked together, Kari has established her coaching business as Uproar Coaching, a call to push her clients to make themselves heard in the professional world.
In 2016, Booz Allen Hamilton was struggling to keep their employees happy. Overall employee satisfaction was at record lows. According to survey data, employees were stressed, overworked, and felt their job kept them from being their best selves. One tactic chosen to address this issue was to create a series of programs that addressed overall employee wellness.

The PowerUp Initiative inspired everyday people to engage with their body in a holistic manner—incorporating aspects of mental, emotional, and relational health. Through a discovery and analysis process, I worked with Booz Allen to create the verbal and visual identities for this program. The PowerUp messaging was used to inform the average Booz Allen person about their holistic health, and point them to key resources from the PowerUp team.

MDerme is a cosmetics company founded by two dermatologists who are also moms. At the launch of their new product designed specifically for use during pregnancy, they needed the right messaging to attract their key customers. I partnered with Black Hat Management, a creative management team in Washington, D.C., to guide them through their own process of brand discovery and analysis that included interviews, surveys, and landscape research. The result was a brand that felt open, free and inspired confidence in its user.
